9.5 version of MathGraph32 : arabic language support

With this new 9.5.0 version, MathGraph32 MathGraph32 interface can now be used in arabic language. For this, use the options dialog box and click on Language choice to choose arabic language. On the next start of the software, arabic language will be used.

Thanks to Hamza El Barmaki (from Morcco) for the supervising of arab translation.

The support of arab language needed a heavy development. For example, in arabic, all the dialog box are oriented frome right to left.

9.5 version also brings up an improvement in text displays. When a text display containing several lines is linked to a point, it is now possible to horizontally align the text independently of the alignment of the display relatively to the point it is linked to.

To be noted : The previous versions of MathGraph32 will not be able to open all the figures created by this new 9.5 version. Of course, 9.5 version will open all the figures created by previous versions.

The web application will update automatically.
