A new installer for Mac

A new installer (​.dmg file) is available.

The advantages of this new installation program are :

• Faster operation (especially with Apple Silicon processors — M1 and later).
• Faster startup.
• Association of .mgj files (MathGraph32 figures) with the application.
  In the Finder, mgj files have the MathGraph32 icon, and you can double‑click them to start MathGraph32 with the figure you clicked on.

If MathGraph32 was already installed on your Mac, before installing this new version, open the Applications folder in the Finder and drag the old MathGraph32JS application to the trash.

Decompress one of the two zip files below (depending on your Mac’s processor) into a folder.
In the decompressed folder, double‑click the .dmd file.
Then drag this .dmd file into Applications.

Once the installation is complete, go to \Applications and secondary‑click the application to launch it (a simple double‑click does not work because the publisher is not recognized).

If necessary, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy to allow this application to open.
