Version 3.9 of MathGraph32 Java : A library on conics is available

Version 3.9 of MathGraph32 fixes some minor bugs.

Thanks to Luis Belcredi a library of constructions on conics is available. Use menu Constructions - Use predefined construction and open the library named Conics.

Conics are not specific objects (they are point locuses).

Download on this page.

Here is a simple example using this library.

Create a new figure and 5 free points with icon .

Use then menu item Constructions - Use predefined construction and open the library named Conics. Click on the construction named Conic through 5 Points then click on Open. Click then on each of the 5 points.

The conic appears (it is a point locus created by the construction).

Now use tool to create a point linked to the conic.

Again use menu item Constructions - Use predefinied construction and open the library named Conics. Click on the construction named Tangent To Conic At Point then click on the conic and the point. The tangent appears.
